Morgan is a Build to Suit builder that specializes in imagining and creating luxury boutique homes throughout the entire Chicago land area.

At Morgan, the homeowner works directly with Eric Baetz and his custom building team to find land, create the home plans, select the materials / details, build the home, and landscape.

The team spends time with all of the homeowners to get to known them on a personal level, ensuring their needs and tastes are correctly interpreted. Clients are accompanied to the cabinet artisans, the stone supplier, the hardwood floor showroom, etc.

The process at Morgan is organic. The home design and ideas are always flowing and evolving throughout the entire process, resulting in a one of a kind, heirloom home for our clients.

Morgan takes pride in their ingenuity to design each one of their projects uniquely; never repeating same materials or designs. We believe a beautiful and unique home will never go out of style and always ensure maximum investment.
